New updates on OPINION PAGE and ARTICLE PAGE No support for Lion's Den at Summary Judgment hearing The Uniontown residents finally got their day in court May 21 in front of special judge John Heiman at Superior Court in Seymour, Indiana. Uniontown residents packed the gallery directly behind special constitutional attorney Scott Bergthold. Not one person, not even any employees, came to support the Lion's Den attorney. Support in the community is strong for the Uniontown Protesters. Poor Lion's Den couldn't even muster up a couple of employees. The only one who appeared for the Lion's Den was their attorney, but he got paid for it. He left immediately after the hearing even before the residents could file out. Perhaps he would have stayed longer if the Lion's Den had paid him by the hour. This is a sad state for the Lion's Den and their claim people in our area want their product. The judge asked for 45 days to make a ruling. Both parties agreed.
